Coach Beldine Odemba’s tactical changes paid off, with the introduction of Mercy Njeri and the full debut of youngster Vidah Okeyo, a recent signing from Butere Girls High School. Lucy Kwekwe also started in place of regular winger Puren Alukwe, while new signing Eunice Mwangi began the game on the bench.

The Bullets held firm despite mounting pressure from the home side in the second half. A pivotal moment came in the 62nd minute when Kisped Queens were awarded a penalty. However, Kenya Police Bullets goalkeeper Mishi Mbaru proved her mettle, diving to deny the hosts a crucial equalizer.
